My on the go lifestyle gets busier during the holiday season. I’m usually running all around town trying to pick up last minute gifts. It starts on Black Friday and usually doesn’t end until a few days before Christmas. My bag during this time of the year is basically a holiday shopping survival kit with all the necessities, including a gluten-free snack. Here’s what you can find in my bag during the holiday shopping season.
Planner + Pen :: Without my planner I would be completely lost. This is where I keep my Christmas shopping list and to-dos. It’s easy to keep track of where I need to go and what I need to get so I don’t forget anything important.Ear Warmer Headband :: This is essential as it gets colder out and I’m running in and out the car from store to store.
Lip Balm + Lipstick :: With the cooler air comes unwanted dry lips. I like to keep mine moisturized while adding some color. I usually use a lip balm as a top coat and finish it with a pop of color so I look like somewhat of a presentable human when shopping.
Hand Cream :: My hands are nothing pretty as soon as it gets cold out. The norm around here is dry, cracked, and itchy. It’s gross but it’s the truth. This helps my hands look less like an alligator.
Gluten-free Snack :: While busy and on the go shopping, it’s easy to be tempted into bad fast food for a quick meal, so instead I carry a healthy snack for a good source of protein and fiber. LUNA bars are my go to, because chocolate cupcake (insert heart eyed emoji here).
