See, not too bad right? Well there is literally nothing
This is how I feel about the situation. Hailey agrees.
And now I’m thinking my dog may be a bit crazy.. Maybe that’s why these places won’t allow pets!

It's sooo hard finding nice/decent places that accept dogs! It's ridiculous. Especially cause my dog is small so it's not like I'm bringing a huge animal into a small apartment.

I think number 5 is very important. And any way you can extend your lease month-by-month until you find something?

Yikes! I've been in the exact same spot as you, and it really sucks!! My sympathies! But take heart….something will eventually turn up! 🙂 I've got my fingers crossed for you.

Yeah that's my wish list too, it's hard in Chicago. The w/d one especially. I might have to give up on that!

We had the hardest time finding a place that allowed our 60+ pound dog. And truly almost were homeless. We found our place on a Tuesday and had to move out of our old place by Saturday. Something that worked for us that you could offer. We offered to double the pet deposit (it was $500, so we gave them $1000). We figured we know our dog won't destroy anything so it's just like having a little savings account with our landlord. It gave him peace of mind and we found a great spot!

Oh my word this list is perfect. I just found a place to live so I can move out in a month and this was my same list. I think I'm gonna print this out and keep it ready for when I have to move again.
Good luck with your search!

Ah! The pressure! haha I hope you guys find something. We've been there and it can be stressful! Some things that helped us were just driving around the areas of town that we liked and looking for signs and checking out craigslist! 🙂 Good luck!
