SKINNY COCONUT PINEAPPLE SPARKLING COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

1/2 cup soda water
1/2 cup Sparkling Ice Coconut Pineapple
1 shot gin

In a drink shaker, combine the Sparkling Ice, soda water, and gin, then shake to combine.

Serve in a chilled glass for best results.  Garnish with a lemon twist for extra zest!

    This sounds like a great alternative to Pina Coladas! I literally could have a Pina Colada as a meal because the coconut milk makes it so filling!
